About this project
Steps from the gondola, Yuki is an expression of refined elegance rooted in a Japanese design ethos: clean lines, balanced proportion, and a dark monochromatic palette punctuated by lighter moments.
The L-shaped dining space wraps a prominent bar with a mix of table and banquette seating. Repetition of wood slats and rippling drapery introduces rhythm; clear and ebonized oak, plaster, quartzite and stone set a serene backdrop. A private dining room closes behind slatted panels while keeping a soft visual link to the room, and sightlines run through to the wine library.
Furniture follows the same commitment to natural material and fine craft — maple and birch chairs in woven textile, custom banquettes in leather above ebonized white oak. Wall panels inspired by washi paper, reimagined in resin, add a luminous texture under lighting tuned to put the cuisine centre stage.
